Bent out of Shape

Need a project for your mini fasionistas?
We've got you covered.

Here's how to make this high-fashion, low-cost cuff bracelets:

1. Soak jumbo popsicle sticks overnight in water.

2. Gently bend the soaked sticks into a glass to create the round form.  Let dry overnight.

3. Glue onto the dry, bent sticks lace, buttons, feathers & gems to create whatever statement you are after.

Grit your T's

If you were lucky enough to catch us on Kare 11 this week, you saw a sample of this
great kids t-shirt.

Here is how we did it:

1.Have the kiddos draw a design onto heavy grit sandpaper using regular wax crayons.

2. Place a paper towel between the front and the back of the t-shirt, turn the sandpaper face down onto the t-shirt & and iron for one minute.

3.Remove sandpaper, place a paper towel over the image and iron for one more minute to set the wax.

4. Let the kids wear their new t-shirt with pride!
